1. Oct 9, 2026Germany. OVG NRW rules, in unappealable interim decisions, that the NRW media authority may not for now require an ISP to block Pornhub and YouPorn, because the DSA governs youth protection EU-wide.
2. Oct 8, 2026Utah. On a joint motion from Aylo and the state, the court stays Aylo's case until the end of the Legislature's 2027 General Session; the parties said lawmakers may consider amending the actual-location provision. A joint status report is due March 19, 2027.
3. Oct 7, 2026Australia. Partial return: Aylo restores the full Pornhub site for Australian iPhone and iPad users whose age Apple has confirmed; other visitors still see the safe-for-work version.
